Dr. Terisa C. Riley is the chancellor of the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith, having assumed her duties on July 1, 2019. Prior to her appointment as UAFS chancellor, Dr. Riley served as senior vice president for student affairs and university administration at Texas A&M University–Kingsville and previously held positions as the institution’s chief student affairs officer, chief financial officer, chief administrator, and chief enrollment management officer. Over her 25-year career, she has held numerous other appointments in higher education and her community.

Katlin Swisher is dedicated to using data and storytelling to help campuses build trust with their audiences, support strategic planning and branding efforts, and inform organizational change. During her decade of on-campus experience, she led initiatives and programming in enrollment management, orientation and transition, and marketing communications. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Arts in higher education administration and a Bachelor of Science in journalism. She also teaches media and leadership studies and has presented research at numerous national conferences.

Alonda Thomas is the Chief Communications Officer and Associate Vice President for Marketing and Communications at Jackson State University. Alonda is a sought-out speaker on media relations, branding, and crisis communications. She has received several awards for her work and leadership, including PRWeek Hall of Femme Women to Watch Award (2021) and the PRNews Top Women Award (2020, 2023).
